Help Us Grow Our Forest at Richmond Beach Saltwater ParkMarch 01, 10am-12:30pm @ Richmond Beach Saltwater Park Enjoy panoramic views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains while helping to take care of native habitat restoration areas. We'll be removing noxious weeds and mulching today. Everyone who comes to help restore nearshore habitat at the park is appreciated! No experience is necessary; just an interest in working together and having fun while protecting and restoring native habitat. We provide all tools and work gloves. (You are welcome to bring your own if you wish). more |

March 1 Work Party at RBCP!March 01, 10am-12pm @ Richmond Beach Library Community Park Please join our small but mighty group of volunteers for a first-of-the-year work party at Richmond Beach Community Park (where the library is!). We will continue clearing a new, highly visible section of the grand staircase of invasive plants. There will be a very satisfying before and after! All tools provided, but please bring your own gloves. This work is done on a level area, but we are working on the big staircase, so walking up and down stairs is involved. more |
