Activities

On the afternoon of July 17th North City Park will be teaming with 6th graders from the LEEP Summer Program. The students will be working throughout our restoration sites (currently 10 of them) to remove aggressive invasive plans and to do annual weed control. Also teams will be moving mulch onto our newest sites.
Working Together, Having Fun, and Supporting a Health Forest, all part of a great summer day!!

What to Bring

Bring water bottles and afternoon snack. We have all the tools needed as well as gloves but students can bring their own if they'd like. Wear sturdy shoes and best to dress in long pants and layers.
