Starting our next area, extending our healthy forest. Rescuing trees from ivy, hunting holly, and busting blackberries.

What to Bring

Water bottle and snacks. Creating new forests is robust work! Wear gardening clothes: muck boots, long sleeves, pants, and sunhat. Dress for the weather, meaning layers! Tools and work gloves are provided. (Some of us bring our own gloves and kneepads.)

Our project site is next to the off-leash dog park.

Option 1: Dog park parking lot.

Option 2: Next to Shoreview Park's tennis courts. Follow the 'Restore Forests' signs, walking up the trail ~100 yards. Our project site in Boeing Creek is ABOVE Shoreview Park.
