Twin Ponds Park - Join us! Weekly Sunday …12/22/2024
Activities
The cottonwood and alder by the creek created blankets of fallen leaves in this area--instant mulch! With the creek's water level low, we ventured to the other side to grub a few blackberry roots. When we pushed aside the leaves, we found tangled webs of bindweed roots--yuk! But at least they are easily accessible since they start on the surface. All this to say, we will be pulling and bagging these awful roots for awhile. There's plenty to do so join us!
