Celebrate the shortest day of the year by making a new forest. We're installing majestic evergreens, their guardian shrubs, surrounded by nurturing ground cover. The perfect way to wrap up 2024.

What to Bring

Water bottle and snacks. Creating new forests is robust work! Wear gardening clothes: muck boots, long sleeves, pants, and sunhat. Dress for the weather, meaning layers! Tools and work gloves are provided. (Some of us bring our own gloves and kneepads.)
