DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Enjoy the panoramic views of Puget Sound and the Olympia Mountains while helping to water trees and shrubs in native habitat restoration areas planted by UW students and community members. We use an innovative irrigation system that saves water and keeps our plants healthy during the hot summer months.  It’s simple and can be used in home gardens – we can show you how. 
Everyone who comes to help restore nearshore habitat at the park is appreciated! No experience is necessary; just an interest in working together and having fun while restoring native habitat. We provide all tools and work gloves. (You are welcome to bring your own if you wish).
